DISCO VIBE (SUPB100) kicks off the new SWATCH Puzzle Motion line of SWATCH Jelly in Jelly models with a bright checkerboard pattern on which a pair of crimson lips form a faint smile once every hour. The smile dissolves into a kaleidoscopic burst of red, white and black, changing constantly as time advances, only to re-appear fully-formed an hour later. The transparent white plastic strap contrasts nicely with the matt red plastic loop and black clasp and the glossy black moulded plastic case. The black and white checkerboard pattern is formed from the printed dial and the two layers of four discs mounted above it. The chequered pattern forms a dynamic backdrop for the bright red lips beneath the silver squelette hour and minute hands, and is then transformed into an abstract puzzle whose pieces seem to dance and slowly come together again as the playful image turns.
